Powder Snow is a fine white power perfect for for simulating pure and freshly fauln snow. It can be used in any scale from 1/16th to 1/72nd, Providing Your Models, Small Scenes and Dioramas with a Highly Realistic Effect Much Like Actual Snow. This product must be mixed 50/50 with snow blinder and a few drops of glossy varnish. The Resulting Mix SHOULD BE APPLIED USING A BRUSH, AND CAN BE DILUTED With water to make it more fluid. The Mixture Dries in 12 Hours. The brushes can be cleaned with water.
