Refund policy

Returns: You have 30 days upon receipt to return an item. To be eligible, the article must be unused, in its original packaging. Join the proof of purchase.

Refunds: After receipt and inspection, we inform you of the approval or rejection of the reimbursement. If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method, within a few days.

Trades : Only defective or damaged items at the reception are exchangeable. Contact us to initiate an exchange.

Back at your expense: The return costs are your responsibility, except in the event of an error on our part. The shipping costs are not refundable.
